Booking Cancellation Policy

30 day cancellation period, after this your booking is Non-Refundable - No changes to, or cancellation of bookings are accepted. Refunds are 100% not available.

Terms & Conditions Bookings

A valid email, phone number, and payment are required to secure a booking. Minimum booking age: 18. Payments: Full payment is required upfront.
Cancellations & Refunds: Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations after this period may be charged in full. Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in from 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM. Pets Policy: Pets are welcome in Clashmore House Garden Cottage only, Please mention that you will be brining a pet at time of booking. Guest Responsibilities: Please respect the property and other guests. Damage caused may result in additional charges. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Liability: We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ belongings. Privacy: Your information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements.
